Men were working on a M99 Mac Dump Truck removing spring pad belt from spring. EE was kneeling down on the right back end of the truck next to bindle hitch, when the truck started to shift to the right, slipping off blocks pushing towards ee shoulder.
Truck Driver was stepping out of his truck, he slipped on the last step, fell, and broke his arm.
