HE WAS A CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN SETTING UP A 36" STACKING CONVEYOR. THE H LINK UNDER THE CONVEYOR WHICH SUPPORTS THE CONVEYOR. THE TUBE BRUSHED AGAINST HIS FOOT AND TORE HIS TENDONS.
