Loading raw coquina into crusher w/Trackhoe; material dislodged and slid into the cab area with a coquina rock, approx 25 lbs., hitting the operator in the right knee area causing pain. EE was taken to ER to be checked and discharged the same day.

EE was checking a hose on top of a water truck to make sure water was pumping into the tank. EE unfolded ladder to climb up and caught his finger in the pinch point of the ladder as he stepped onto the first rung of the ladder.
