While moving supplies, the Left palm of his hand was punctured by the end of tie wire.

Fall to the walkway or working surface

EMPLOYEE WAS CHANGING SCREENS ON A CONE CRUSHER. AS HE THREW AN OLD SCREEN OFF THE SIDE, IT SNAGGED THE ZIPPER PULL ON HIS VEST AND PULLED HIM OFF THE SIDE OF THE DECK. HE WAS NOT WEARING HIS FALL PROTECTION. HE FELL APPROXIMATELY 13' TO THE GROUND. HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A BROKEN LEFT ARM AND A RUPTURED SPLEEN. HE WILL MISS 10-20 DAYS THEN RETURN WITH ""NO LIFTING"" RESTRICTION.
