Employee climbed in loader to load a truck. As EE was climbing down EE placed EE's right foot on the icy ground, let go with hands and right foot slipped from underneath EE. EE fell on EE's right side tried to catch self with right hand. EE broke EE's right wrist, a compound fracture of the ulna and radius.
