Fall to the walkway or working surface
Employee is a laborer at our mine. They were repairing a chute. While removing a 2 foot by 3 foot section of a worn piece of metal, they lost footing and fell to their butt. In doing so, they hyper-extended their elbow, causing a ruptured bicep.
