Truck driver was preparing to turn on master switch on a caterpillar 769-c haul truck, slipped and fell. EE was asked if they were ok and EE said ankle was hurting but thought it would be ok and continued to work entire shift. EE called me around 9:00 pm at home and said they had gone to doctor and they said that they had a fractured ankle and would be out of work.

EE was using a prybar to pry a screen cloth loose and the prybar slipped causing him to mash his pinky finger. He later went to the doctor and they put stitches in it.
