FIRST REPORT ON 10-27-83. EMP HAD BACK PAIN AND COULDNT HARDLY TIE HIS SHOE. APPARENTLY HAD NO PAIN A TIME OF INJURY. EMPLOYEE STATED HE THOUGHT HE HAD INJURED HIMSELF WHILE HANDLING 50 LBS BA GS OF AMMONIA NITRATE THEN LATER SAID IT MAY HABVE BEEN WHILE LIFTED THE END GATE FOR A COAL TRUCK HE CONTINUED TO WORK UNTIL 11-1-83 HE DIDNT WORK 11-1-83 HE WENT TO A DOCTOR DOCTOR ADVISED
