EMPLOYEE WAS MAKING PRESHIFT EXAM WHEN HE FOUND THE PHONE DIDN'T WORK. HE HEARD A THUMP, WHEN HE WENT TO CHECK HE FOUND A FALL AT SPAD 1513. IT WAS 32' LONG 6' HIGH, 11' WIDE.
