EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO TIE UP THE BRAKE ON A RAILROAD CAR USING A BRAKE STICK. WHEN HE COULDN'T GET THE CAR TO STOP HE DROPPED THE STICK. WHILE TRYING TO CLIMB UPON THE CAR HIS FOOT SLIPPE D CAUSING HIS RIGHT FOOT TO SLIP UNDER THE FRONT WHEEL OF THE CAR, AMPUTATING 1/2 OF BIG TOE AND THREE FOLLOWING TOES ON THE RIGHT FOOT. BRUISING TO THE RIGHT SIDE.
