EE WAS OPERATING STANDARD SHUTTLE CAR. HE LOADED& WAS ON HIS WAY TO THE DUMP WHEN HE CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE CORNER OF THE RIB IN THE NUMBER2 HEADING GOING INTO THE BREAK TOWARD THE NUMBER 3 HEADING.
