MECHANIC WAS WORKING ON THE A/C. OPERATOR WAS HELPING HIM. HE SAID THAT HE STEPPED DOWN ON WALKWAY OUTSIDE OF DOOR ON RIGHT SIDE OF CAB WHEN HE SLIPPED AND FELL STRIKING HIS RIGHT SIDE ON COVE R OVER HEAD LIGHT.
