EE WAS CLIMBING UP THE LADDER TO PUT HYDRAULIC OIL INTO A 785 CAT ROCK TRUCK WHEN HIS FEET SLIPPED AND HE FELL APPROX. FOUR TO FIVE FEET LANDING ON HIS KNEES WITH HIS RIGHT LEG GOING UNDER HIS BODY.
