Individual Fore finger and Glove trapped under wedge while setting Granite block for Trimming

General Miner was drilling with Jack Hammer, Drill Steel Broke and Jack Hammer fell on Foot, Dislocating One Toe requiring Stitches remaining smaller toes were badly bruised.

Replacing New Roller on Excavator, Roller Slipped and caught Middle finger Damaging it, Treated Cut after removing finger from Glove and sent Employee to ER

Injury was minor, Miner slipped on Rock and grazed open Knee, Miner was taken to hospital and Treated and Discharged for minor injury.

Employee moving drill strained back.

Employee was splitting granite block with feathers and wedges upon splitting the piece of stone employee was standing on shifted unexpectedly causing employee to loose balance falling forward onto adjacent piece of granite causing abrasions to both knees and right elbow.

Uneven floor in the area employee was injured. Loose gravel, slipped and fell, injured elbow while trying to break the fall.

While starting a new hole 33mm before the drill bit broke into the surface of the rock EE shifted weight and in doing so let off on down pressure and the drill steel bounced out of the bit and the tip of the steel went into EE's boot behind safety toe at tongue area between the laces and caused a small cut of the skin.
