General Miner was drilling with Jack Hammer, Drill Steel Broke and Jack Hammer fell on Foot, Dislocating One Toe requiring Stitches remaining smaller toes were badly bruised.

Employee was splitting granite block with feathers and wedges upon splitting the piece of stone employee was standing on shifted unexpectedly causing employee to loose balance falling forward onto adjacent piece of granite causing abrasions to both knees and right elbow.

While starting a new hole 33mm before the drill bit broke into the surface of the rock EE shifted weight and in doing so let off on down pressure and the drill steel bounced out of the bit and the tip of the steel went into EE's boot behind safety toe at tongue area between the laces and caused a small cut of the skin.
