Over-exertion in lifting objects

While getting a rock sample, he climbed out of the bunker with the full bucket, lifted the bucket over his head to the railing and slipped on the side wall of the bunker with his arms extended out. He felt the muscles in his back stretch.

Injured chest area while wrenching on a bolt and reaching over a piece of a metal frame. He was pulling on the wrench and felt a popping in his chest.

EE WAS LIFTING THE HOOD ON TRUCK #240 TO CHECK THE OIL. HE WAS STANDING ON THE SNOW PLOW MOUNT TO LIFT UP THE HOOD WHEN HE SLIPPED AND THE HOOD FELL ON HIS RIGHT PINKY AND RING FINGERS.

EE HAD HIS HANDS AND RIGHT FOOT ON THE JAW LADDER. HE THEN STEPPED DOWN ON THE BALL OF HIS LEFT FOOT AND FELT A HARD POP IN HIS LEFT CALF; HE COULD HARDLY WALK AFTERWARDS.
