Employee was using a 1/2"" drive breaker bar and socket to remove a nut from a bolt attaching a hopper wing extension that was in a bind with spring like tension. When the nut came off the bolt stored energy was released through the hopper wing sending the socket end of the breaker bar into the employee's face.
