A & A Rock Inc · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Employee was performing safety inspection on the dump truck tailgate latch when EE realized the tailgate was frozen due to the weather conditions. EE used a hammer to free the spring with right hand. EE's left hand was in the way when the tailgate latch released. EE's finger was pinched by the latch.
