Pulled muscle in neck when he was adjusting the rolls on the crusher when he was pushing up on wrench. pain in neck and shoulder right side

Employee got dust in his left eye while working. He went to doctor to have eye checked.

EE tightening a bolt on the jaw and the tool he was using slipped (rachet) and hit him in the head. Resulted in cut on forehead which required 7 stitches. EE was able to return to work.
