Employee entered dozer cab to verify need for fueling, while looking at gauge door blew shut by a gust of wind trapping left fourth finger causing broken nail and crushing injury to left fourth finger.

Skid steer oper. toured sharply to the right causing rear left co new to come in contact with ground person right forearm causing it below the elbow

WHILE ASSISTING TO FREE AN OVERSIZED ROCK IN THE PLATE FEEDBOX AT PRIMARY CRUSHER, HIS FINGERTIP WAS PINCHED BETWEEN CHISEL AND SIDE OF FEEDER WHEN THE STONE CAME LOOSE.
