Mountain Stone Corporation · Fall from ladders

The miner was doing routine maintenance on the screen plant which required him to be on a ladder to check for excessive heat. While doing this the ladder shifted and the miner fell breaking his left wrist. The miner was three and a half feet up on the ladder when the fall happened. He was transported to a hospital and received medical attention for his injury.
