Employee removed a radiator cap from a hot engine after being told the engine was hot and that a supervisor would trouble shoot. Employee was sprayed with coolant as a result of the failure to comply.

HE HAD TIRES UNEVEN TO EDGE OF BANK & BUCKET UP IN AIR WHEN HE BEGAN TO DUMP, THE WEIGHT SHIFTED & CLAY GAVE WAY. LOADER ROLLED APPROX. 30'. OPERATOR WAS SORE BUT NOT SERIOUSLY HURT. LOADER HAS COSMETIC DAMAGE.
