Fall onto or against objects
Miner was greasing feeder bin tail pulley of wash plant. Miner placed boot on framework beam of feeder bin (ground level) when the miner slipped and fell into tail pulley guard causing laceration to left forearm requiring medical treatment 7 stitches.
