Struck by falling object

Was placing a screen on the shaker when he lost his grip and the screen slipped landing on his right foot

EE was holding the pin while another ee was using the hammer to drive the pin into the chain when a ee missed hitting ee finger.

He was getting a piece of metal out of a chute and the metal flipped cutting his right ring finger.

Struck by flying object

Was using a 16lb hammer to strike the loader bucket to remove the shank, when a piece of metal came off, hitting him in the lower left leg. He was treated with just first aid, they said to just leave the metal in. Then the doctor decided to remove the metal on 4/29/11 and he was released to full duty.
