Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

IE was helping with changing v-belts. The belts were put back on but 1 belt was twisted, so another EE was using a pipe wrench on the shaft and it slipped off causing the belt to roll back pinching IE's thumb.

Was changing a return roller when EE reached for the roller EE's leg turned while EE's foot stayed put causing EE's knee to pop

EE was pulling on a rubber screen.

Struck against stationary object

EE was helping the welder with a job and stepped off of C-2 conveyer frame and stepped on a rock and sprain right ankle.
