Struck against stationary object

Operator got dozer stuck and walked down a slope to see how to get the machine unstuck. Stepped on a rock and turned ankle. Resulted in an ankle sprain.

Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

He was holding the ladder by a rope out of the way so the rock breaker could get in the jaw to hammer down the side plates. While he was holding the ladder by the rope and guiding the operator the rock breaker hit the ladder and smashing the tip of his middle finger. He was behind a guard rail

Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Employee was getting out of the service truck when he rolled his left ankle. This caused him to sprain his ankle.

Struck against stationary object

Was climbing down the ladder on the cyclone when he stepped off the ladder his right foot stepped on a piece of tube metal that was laying on the platform and turned his ankle.

Struck against a moving object

Was working on the SB2 with a loader when some of the SB2 fell and landed on the loader bucket causing the loader to bounce. Employees head hit the dome light and cut the top of his head.
