EE was cutting a tac weld with grinder that had a cutting wheel. The grinder kicked back and cut EE's finger. EE was wearing gloves

Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

IE and a co-worker were carry a piece of metal. When the co-worker tripped causing the co-worker to slam the piece of metal into the wall. This caused IE's finger to get smashed and have 3 stitches.

EE was cutting on a conveyor belt with a pocket knife slipped and caused the knife to fold cutting EE's left index finger. EE had 4 stitches. EE didn't use the proper tool to cut the belt, so EE was let go on 3/25/2021. EE was working through a temporary service.
