He was on the welding truck to turn the welder off when he stepped off his knee gave away. EE didn't want any medical at that time he felt it would be ok. He continue to work but didn't feel it was getting any better when he came in on 8/13/12. So he didn't see a doctor till 8/13/12

Was setting a bearing housing onto a stand when it slipped and smashed his left hand middle finger.

Greasing the bobcat bucket when the bucket came off striking his right foot.
