DRIVER WAS HAULING A LOAD OF COAL FROM SOUTHERN EDGE INC. NO. 2 MINE WHEN APPROX. 2.25 MILES FROM THE LOADING AREA THE DRIVER FOR UNKNOWN REASONS RAN OFF THE HAUL ROAD. HE WAS THROWN FROM HIS TRUCK AND FATALLY INJURED.
