THE DECEASED AND THREE CO-WORKERS WERE BOARDING A PONTOON TYPE RAFT TO REPAIR A V-BELT GUARD. AS ALL FOUR MEN WERE ON THE RAFT, IT BEGAN TO TIP CAUSING ALL TO FALL INTO THE QUARRY SUMP WATER. THREE EMPLOYEES WERE ABLE TO SWIN TO SAFETY AND THE FOURTH WAS UNABLE AND WAS FOUND IN 25' OF WATER BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT DIVERS.
