SHIFT IN LOAD CAUSED TORQUE WHICH OVERSTRESSED AND CAUSED TOWER CONNECTIONS TO SHEER. THE CONVEYOR BRIDGE DROPPED APPROX. 20', CAUSING HIM TO FALL FROM THE END THAT DROPPED.
