Investigator narrative
A utility crew was assigned to complete rehab work at the 1600 haulage corridor, which entailed removing utility lines. A team of three employees were utilizing a scissor deck with a pipe handler to remove 10"" steel pipe. They had removed one pipe section and were starting to disconnect the second pipe when they sustained injuries.
