WHILE HELPING T2 DRILL A NEW CUT OF ROCK IN WHICH THE JACK HAMMER AND STEEL SLIPPED FROM A NEW HOLE BEING DJRILLED INTO AN OLD HOLE THAT WAS LEFT FROM PREVIOUS CUT AND DETONATED A PEICE OF POW DER. THIS RESUL7ED IN SERIOUS HEAD INJURIES TO TH EMPLOYEE.
