THE VICTIM WAS TRAMING A REMOTE CONTROL CONTINUOUS MINER INTO THE FACE AND WAS WALKING ALONG THE SIDE OF IT. THE BOOM CRUSHED HIM INTO THE RIB OF COAL CAUSING DEATH.
