Investigator narrative
WHILE PULLING THE MINE TRACTOR UP THE SLOPE, THE ROPE CAME UNHOOKED FROM THE INBY TRACTOR. THE VICTIM GOT OUT OF HIS TRUCK TO HOOK IT BACK UP. THE VICTIM'S TRACTOR STARTED MOVING AND CAUGHT HI M AND PINNED HIM AGAINST THE OTHER TRACTOR, CAUSING SERIOUS INJURIES.
