CUSTOMER TRUCK WHICH WAS DRIVEN BY AN EMPLOYEE OF CLYDE RIVER ENTERPRISES, INC. WAS FOUND INJURED, BEHIND HIS TRUCK'S TRAILER WHILE ON OMYA, INC'S PROPERTY. IT IS ALLEGED THAT THE CLYDE RIVER TRUCK DRIVER FELL OUT OF THE TRAILER AND HIT HIS HEAD.
