AT ABOUT 10:00 AM AN ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR WAS ELECTROCUTED WHILE WORKING ON AN ENERGIZED 300KVA, 4,160/480 VOLT PAD-MOUNTED ELECTRICAL TRANSFORMER. TRANSFORMER LOCATED OUTSIDE NEWLY CONSTRUCT ED SURFACE SHOP FOR UNDERGROUND ON 2330 BENCH OFPIT. CONTRACTOR'S EMP FOUND VICTIM LAYING ON GROUND NEXT TO TRANSFORMER. DOORS OF TRANSFORMER COMPARTMENT OPEN, EXPOSING 4160 & 480 VOLT TERMIN
