AT 21:10 HE WAS ASSIGNED TO PUSH MATERIAL INTO THE UPPER WASH PLANTS SURGE PILE. AT 21:20 I.NAME NOTICED THAT THERE WAS NO FEED. HE INVESTIGATED AND FOUND HIM ENTRAPPED IN FEEDER.
