CREW WAS WORKING ON REMOVING BRAKE DRUM FROM TIRE OFF OF A 631 CAT SCRAPER. THE TIRE WAS LAYING FLAT ON PAVEDF SURFACE AT THE TIME, AND EXPLODED.
