EE WAS USING A CUT TING OTRCH WITHOUT SUPERVISION OR PROPER EQUIPMENT (CRANE) TO PARTIALLY CUT THE STEEL SUPPORT BRACING FROM THE HEADFRAMME OF THE #3 SHAFTHOUSE ON CRC PROPERTY. WHILE MAKING THE CUT THE STEEL
