OPERATOR WAS PREPARING TO MARKING HIGHWALL, TO MARK EDGE OF SHOT. WHEN SEVERAL LARGE PIECES OF ROCK FELL FROM THE HIGHWALL STRIKING HIM AND COVERING HIS BODY. THIS RESULTED IN HIS DEATH.
