IT APPEARS EMPLOYEE WAS SCALING A PILLAR WITH A 7' SCALING BAR. THE ROCK HE WAS TRYING TO PULL WAS APPROX. 8' ABOVE THE GROUND AND CONTINUED DOWN TO JUST ABOVE THE FLOOR. WHILE DOING THIS WORK HE WAS STRUCK IN THE HEAD BY A PORTION OF THE ROCK.
