THE VICTIM WAS FOUND ON 11-9-1999 FACE DOWN UNDERNEATH 5 TO 6 TONS OF ROCK WHICH APPARENTLY FELL OFF THE LEFT UPPER RIB OF THE STOPE. THE VICTIM APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN DECEASED FOR APPROX. 2 MON THS. THE LYON'S COUNTY, NV SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT WAS CONTACTED BY FRIENDS OF THE VICTIM WHO REPORTED HIM MISSING.
