THE WORKERS WERE WORKING FROM A BOAT REPAIRING A DISCHARGE LINE APPROX. 15 FT FROM DREDGE #1. THEY INADVERTENTLY PLACED A CHAIN CLAMP AROUND ONE PHASE OF A 480 VOLT ALTERNATING CURRENT CIRCUIT . WHILE TIGHTENING THE CLAMP, THE CHAIN CUT OR BROKE THE INSULATION CONTACTING THE ENERGIZED CONDUCTOR.
