EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING GRATING ON TOP OF THE CIL TANK THAT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. WHILE HANDLING A SECTION OF GRATING, EMPLOYEE FELL APPROX. 55' TO THE FLOOR OF THE TANK.
