TURNING NEW SHAKER PAN OVER WITH BOOM TRUCK. PAN WAS STANDING ON ITS SIDE RELEASED TENSION TO RE-RIG TO THE BOTTOM TO FINISH TURNING--PAN SAT BY ITSELF FOR A FEW MINUTES--EE WALKED BETWEEN THE OPERATORS' SHACK & SHAKER--PAN TIPPED OVER--PINNED EE BETWEEN SHACK AND SHAKER.
