Employee was removing hydraulic line on Volvo loader. He had raised the bucket, remove front cover, taken 3 bolts out of line. The line then blew off then the main boom cylinder came down on top of him pinning him between differential and boom causing accident.

Subject was not feeling well due to a accident at home that happened several weeks ago. Had a nail puncture right temple area.(reason behind calling rescue squad). Subject was sitting in break room; tingling in limbs, dizzy & light headed, tunnel vision, rapid pulse rate, heavy breathing, stumbling around. Subject said he felt like he was going to pass out.
