Struck against a moving object

The operator of the 775 haul truck left the pit loaded with coal and started up the ramp when EE felt the truck lost traction or bogged down on the hill. The truck backed down the ramp and into the highwall causing a whiplash like accident causing injury to the operator's neck and shoulder.

Employee was working on a rock truck in a sitting position, when they stood up they lost balance. Employee did not fall but when they caught themselves they pulled a muscle in right bicep.

Accident type, without injuries

Employee was driving a rock truck returning back to the North Pratt washer via Flat Top mine entrance road. While traveling back, on the right-hand side of the road, employee veered off to the left-hand side of the road, running the truck off into a hollow along the mine entrance.
