WHILE CLIMBING ON TRUCK HIS FOOT SLIPPED CAUSING RIGHT ARM TO CATCH, TEARING MUSCLE ON RIGHT SHOULDER & PINCHING NERVE IN RIGHT ARM. THIS INJURY WAS NOT REPORTED TO ME UNTIL 11/11/03.
