HE HAD BEEN DRILLING, HE WENT TO PUT THE FEET DOWN ON THE DRILL. THEY DID NOT COME DOWN TOGETHER. THE DRILL WAS UNBALANCED AND TURNED OVER WITH HIM IN IT, RESULTING IN HIS INJURIES.

HE HAD BEEN DOING REPAIRS ON THE BED OF ROCK TRUCK IN THE CAB, CRANKED IT UP. THE BED WOULD NOT COME DOWN. HE PULLED THE LEVER AND MOVED THE TRUCK, THE BED THEN COME DOWN REAL HARD.
