HE HAD BEEN DRILLING, HE WENT TO PUT THE FEET DOWN ON THE DRILL. THEY DID NOT COME DOWN TOGETHER. THE DRILL WAS UNBALANCED AND TURNED OVER WITH HIM IN IT, RESULTING IN HIS INJURIES.
